Stan is the principal partner of Kerwick Capital in Los Angeles. The firm serves as a principal investor in middle market growth and turnaround situations. Kerwick has been both a capital partner and financial advisor to strong management teams that have created significant growth opportunities and returns. Stan has also acted as a financial advisor in the restructuring of bank debt for troubled companies as well as a financial advisor to several retail and distribution companies.

Stan also operates Kerwick Capital Funding LLC, a manager of capital investments for high-net-worth investors. KCF has a family of funds that manage assets in the venture capital, real estate debt, and distressed bank loan sectors.
