Cristian Frigo

Cristian Frigo is an experienced professional currently serving as Ecosystem Lead for Southern Europe at EIT Digital since January 2025, and Innovation & Automation Lead at Lexemo since January 2023. Cristian is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Bolzano Slush´D, aiming to bring the world's largest startup festival to Italy, and Founder of Beyond Venture established in August 2023. Previously, Cristian held various roles at TechQuartier from January 2021 to January 2025, including Head of Startup Programs and Senior Innovation Manager. Cristian's experience includes leadership positions at Sofar Sounds and H_Ventures, as well as academic roles at the University of Amsterdam. Cristian's educational background spans multiple institutions, culminating in a Master of Science in International Management at Goethe University Frankfurt.
