Javier Armentia Fructuoso

Javier Armentia Fructuoso is a seasoned professional in the field of science communication and education, currently serving as the Coordinator of the Planetarium at Navarra Impulsa Cultura, Deporte y Ocio NICDO since October 2011. Javier has been a member of the Executive Council of the International Planetarium Society since 1995 and holds teaching positions as a professor in the Master's program in Scientific Culture at UPNA/UPV and the Master's in Scientific, Technological, Medical, and Environmental Communication. Additionally, Javier is a columnist for Diario de Noticias de Navarra and collaborates on various radio programs, including GRAFITTI on Radio Euskadi and news sections for Onda Cero Pamplona, Onda Vasca, and Hala Bedi Irratia. Javier earned a Licenciado degree in Physics, specializing in Astrophysics, from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1983 to 1990.
