Doug Tallman

Doug Tallman serves as the General Manager at EJF Real Estate Services, Inc. since February 2022, overseeing the management of a 256-unit luxury high-rise in Washington, DC. Previously, Tallman held similar leadership roles as General Manager at McCaffery and as Property Manager at Donatelli Management and Bozzuto, successfully managing large luxury properties while achieving high occupancy rates. Early career experience includes Community Manager at Gables Residential and Senior Sales Manager at PN Hoffman & Associates. Tallman holds a BS in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University and is a licensed Realtor in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
