Stephan Lemmen

Stephan Lemmen has extensive legal experience, currently serving as SyndikusRA and Konzerndatenschutzbeauftragter at EJOT since July 2013, alongside roles as Prokurist and independent attorney specializing in labor law. Prior to this, Stephan worked at Sticherling Simon & Partner GbR from April 2010 to June 2013 as a Rechtsanwalt, focusing on various legal fields including labor law, traffic law, medical law, civil law, social law, commercial and corporate law, hunting law, and weapons law. Stephan's earlier experience includes positions as a Rechtsreferendar and subsequently as a freelance employee at Völpel · Diehl · Schneider · Gliese · Hauk, and a Rechtsreferendar at the Landgericht Gießen, where Stephan also served as Landessprecher for the local court district. Educationally, Stephan holds a Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaft from Justus Liebig University Giessen, completed in 2006.
