Ethel Vandergriff

Ethel Vandergriff currently serves as the Education Department Manager at El Centro Hispano, overseeing initiatives to enhance educational outcomes for the Hispanic/Latino/Latinx community. Ethel has extensive experience as the Owner of Immerse since July 2016 and has held various roles, including Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Maureen Joy Charter School, and Chief Executive Officer of Immerse Academy. Ethel began a career in public relations at Z-mont and urban development assistance at La Roca Foundation. Ethel's academic background includes a Licenciatura in International Relations and Conflict Resolution from Universidad Nur, a Certificate in Hospitality Industry from Wake Technical Community College, and a Certificate in High State Protocol and Ceremonial from the Bolivian Diplomatic Academy.
