Nam Huynh

Nam Huynh serves as the CEO of Elabor8 and the Managing Director of Cprime APAC, leading a consultancy focused on modern management practices and digital transformation. From March 2020 to July 2024, Nam held the position of Executive Director at Flomatika, a platform enhancing organizational efficiency through flow-based metrics, and served as a Non-Executive Director at remote:af, which introduced the remote-first agility framework. Previous roles include Agile Consultant at AXA, Lead Analyst at National Australia Bank, and Senior Analyst at Sensis, among other positions in various financial and consultancy organizations. Nam holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Monash University.
