Eric Robbins

Eric Robbins is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in various roles, primarily focused on cloud engineering, data architecture, and observability solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Architect at Elastic since September 2023, Eric works to define technical success criteria and develop tailored Technical Success Plans for customers. Previous positions include Cloud Engineer IV and several roles at RealPage, Inc., where Eric led the development of a comprehensive observability solution utilized across more than 80 products and served as a principal data architect for user behavior tracking. Eric's career also includes roles as CTO at Brand Forecasting Laboratory, Director of Technology at Entercoms, and Principal at Tatum by Randstad, demonstrating a strong background in IT management, security, and software development. Eric holds education credentials from Seton Hall University, University of North Georgia, and Raritan Valley Community College.
