Carine Kowalski

Carine Kowalski is an experienced delivery and project manager with a strong background in customer relationship management and business intelligence. Currently serving as Delivery Manager at ELCA Informatique SA since April 2020, Carine oversees project and team management. Previously, Carine held senior management roles at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, focusing on customer excellence and multi-channel marketing, and led the implementation of CRM applications across various divisions. Additional experience includes project management and business consulting at Forward Vision and Business & Decision, where Carine also contributed to business development and key account management. Carine holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce ISC.
