Vincent Dupin

Vincent Dupin is an accomplished leader in public administration and technology with over two decades of experience in various managerial and project roles. Currently serving as the Head of Public Administration Business Line at ELCA Group, Vincent has held multiple positions including Senior Client Partner and Division Manager. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Sopra Steria as Deputy Director of the Lausanne agency and global account manager for public sector accounts, overseeing operations and strategic development in Swiss regions. With a strong background in project management, Vincent has directed numerous high-impact projects for clients such as the French Ministry of Justice and the Canton of Vaud, focusing on system transformations and operational efficiencies. Additionally, experience at Atos and earlier roles in software engineering have equipped Vincent with technical expertise complementing leadership capabilities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering from HEI and a Computer Sciences exchange program at RMIT University.
