Dexter Lewis

Dexter Lewis, PE, is a seasoned professional in the electrical engineering field, currently serving as a Principal Technical Leader at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) since September 2017. Prior to this role, Dexter Lewis worked as a Consultant at Lewdex, LLC, where expertise in Unmanned Aircraft Systems program development was utilized, covering areas such as regulatory knowledge, training, and corporate policy. From July 2007 to September 2017, Dexter Lewis gained valuable experience at Southern Company, progressing from a Student Intern to a Senior Research Engineer. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering obtained from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2014 and a Bachelor's degree in the same field received in 2010 from the same institution.
