Marlena Flynn

Marlena Flynn currently serves as the Marketing and Communications Manager at ERMCO-ECI, where responsibilities include collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Project Managers to develop marketing and public relations materials, support product launches, and re-establish the ERMCO Components brand. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist at Power Partners, focusing on enhancing brand awareness and attracting talent through various branding and marketing initiatives. Additionally, Marlena interned at Melicca Dunn State Farm Agency, gaining skills in social media management and event planning. Marlena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Virginia Tech, earned in May 2022.
