Sylvie Billion

Sylvie Billion is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the International Chief Officer at EDF since January 2019, Sylvie manages the performance of international assets and oversees project finance for numerous initiatives. Prior roles include Director of the Finance, Information, Procurement and Administration Division at the Global Fund to Fight AIDS Tuberculosis and Malaria, where significant advancements were made in financial management systems and risk mitigation. Sylvie's career also includes positions as Chief Financial Officer at Enedis, Group Treasurer at EDF, and leadership roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Arthur Andersen. Sylvie holds a degree in engineering from Centrale Lille and has been instrumental in developing financial strategies and policies across various organizations.
