Deborah Clark, MPA, MHRD, is a seasoned professional in external communications and public relations with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and community outreach. Currently serving as Supervisor of External Communications at ElectriCities of NC, Deborah has previously held significant roles, including Communications and Community Engagement Manager at CORIX UTILITIES US INC, where responsibilities included managing communications and stakeholder relations for two states. Deborah’s background includes public relations positions with the City of Charlotte, Duke Energy Corporation, Charlotte Housing Authority, and the City of Concord, NC, showcasing a successful track record in developing and executing strategic communications initiatives.
