Nishana Madankara

Nishana Madankara is a Project Engineer at ESB since August 2023, focusing on network project delivery, supporting project managers, and managing project interfaces including procurement, design, and contractor engagement. Prior to this role, Nishana served as an Assistant Electrical Engineer at Kerala State Electricity Board from February 2014 to August 2022, gaining over eight years of experience in power systems, operation, maintenance, and control. Nishana holds a Master’s degree in Energy Management from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College, along with a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Centre for Computers and Communication Technology in Sikkim, India.
