Dawn Freeman-Hayes

Dawn Freeman-Hayes is an accomplished IBM Storage and Power System Administrator/Engineer with extensive experience across leading technology firms. Currently serving at Electrolux since October 2018, Dawn is the Senior System Administrator/Engineer for IBM i and the Lead System Administrator for IBM Storage Systems. Prior experience includes roles as Delivery Team Lead and Technical Lead for AS/400 and iSeries at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities encompassed supervising system administration teams, providing pre-sales support, and leading technical projects. Dawn has a solid foundation in AS400 technology, including high availability, data replication management, and disaster recovery support. An IBM Certified Specialist, Dawn holds an Associate Degree in Application Programming and Applied Business from ICM School of Business.
