Desiree Vargas

Desiree Vargas, PMP, is an accomplished production director, currently serving as Production Director II at Ripple Effect Studios, part of Electronic Arts, since January 2025. Previously, Desiree held the position of Senior Producer at Epic Games, leading the LEGO Art production team and overseeing art development for various LEGO projects within the Fortnite ecosystem. Prior to this, Desiree excelled at Electronic Arts in various director roles, including Development Director II at Respawn Entertainment and earlier positions focused on character art and UX/UI across different studios. Experience also includes roles in character performance and photographic production at Walt Disney World, as well as internships and management positions in event planning and digital experience development. Desiree holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Emerging Media: Character Animation from the University of Central Florida, complemented by studies in Digital Arts and Sciences at the University of Florida and a high school diploma in Visual and Performing Arts.
