Zack Wells EMBA, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned professional in compensation and total rewards strategies, currently serving as the Head of Global Compensation at Electronic Arts (EA). Previously, Zack held senior leadership roles at Walmart as Sr. Director of Total Rewards for Sam's Club and at Nike, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation program delivery and consulting for global operations.
