Aarti Batra

Aarti Batra is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR partnership, employee relations, and organizational performance. Aarti currently serves as an HR Business Partner at EFI, enhancing alignment between HR strategies and business objectives since December 2021. Previously, Aarti was an Assistant Manager - HR at Envestnet | Yodlee India, where key achievements included promotions and recognition for outstanding performance. Aarti's career also includes roles as an Onboarding Specialist at Adobe, Assistant HR at MB Holding Group, and a summer internship at Viom Networks, contributing to various HR initiatives and recruitment strategies. Aarti holds a PGDM in HR from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Nagpur University.
