Founder, Lee Davies started his career in real estate in 1986 working with his father’s company and later moving on to work with both Barbara Sue Seal and Hasson Company Realtors – excelling to become one of the top brokers at each firm. 

After nearly 20 years in the business, Lee decided to marry his service philosophy (clients are priority #1) with the professional systems and protocols he had developed over the years to create a winning strategy – one that he could build a company on – a place where clients come before brokers.
