Jane Taras

Jane Taras currently serves as Senior Director and Assistant Controller at Element Fleet Management, a prominent fleet management services provider in North America, since December 2014. Initially holding the position of Director of Financial Accounting, Jane's expertise includes consolidating and corporate month-end close processes, SEC reporting, GAAP compliance, and technical research. Prior experience encompasses key financial roles at Hyatt Hotels, The Quaker Oats Company, George Weston/Loblaw Companies Ltd, and Ernst & Young. Jane holds a CPA and CA designation and has a Master’s degree in Accounting and IT from The University of British Columbia.
