Steven Wheeler

Steven Wheeler currently serves as Director of Continuous Improvement and Automation at Element Fleet Management, a position held since October 2016. Responsibilities include establishing the Automation Center of Excellence, designing intelligent automation solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation initiatives. Steven also holds the title of Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, leading quality improvement projects through various stages of the Six Sigma process. Previous roles at Element Fleet Management included Fleet Partnership Solutions Associate and Commercial Associate at the University of Waterloo. Steven's early experience includes positions as a Data Analyst at Suncor Energy and Network Planning Analyst at Pratt & Whitney Canada. Steven earned a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Economics from the University of Waterloo, specializing in International Trade and Finance.
