Renae Leary

Renae Leary is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial leadership, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Element Materials Technology. Previously, Renae held the position of Chief Commercial Officer for Americas at Ansell, and held various leadership roles at Johnson Controls and Tyco, including Vice President of Enterprise Global Accounts and Senior Director of Global Accounts. Renae's academic background includes a Master's degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing from UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from The Australian National University.
