Thomas Cotter

Thomas Cotter currently serves as Principal at Elemental Growth, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas was Growth Lead at Matter from February 2023 to September 2024, focusing on building the perfect reader. Thomas co-founded INDX, working there from May 2021 to October 2022, and held the role of Product Manager at EY from September 2020 to April 2021. Thomas's experience also includes a managerial position in Data & AI Strategy at Avanade from July 2018 to August 2020, and serving as Entrepreneurial Lead at The IDEA Center at the University of Notre Dame from July 2017 to March 2018. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame and Bachelor's Degrees in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and Universidad del Salvador.
