Roeland Kaai

Roeland Kaai has extensive experience in the field of mental health and social work, currently serving as a systeemtherapeut and Ambulant gezinsbehandelaar at Eleos since March 2008, contributing to the FACT youth team in the Rivierenland region. Roeland is involved in various initiatives, notably in effect measurement and remote care through e-mental health. Previous roles include work as a psychiatrisch maatschappelijk werker at Eleos and Stichting Ontmoeting, focusing on individuals and families facing chronic psychiatric issues and addiction. Roeland is also an accomplished autodidact photographer, running a photography business since 2004, specializing in wedding photography, portraits, and creative still life work. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Maatschappelijk werk and post-graduate training in Intensive Ambulant Family Support from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede, along with additional studies at Euthopia Breda and Open Universiteit.
