Janek Stalmeister

Janek Stalmeister is an experienced finance and management professional currently serving as Co-Founder of Impactly, where the focus is on integrating sustainability into business practices. In addition to this role, Janek holds the position of CFO at SupplierPlus and serves on the Supervisory Board of Elering. As a long-time member of the Estonian Business Angels Network (EstBAN), Janek has been influential in fostering entrepreneurship. Previously, Janek spent nearly two decades at Tallink Grupp, ultimately as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board, overseeing operations for a large international organization. Janek's earlier career includes significant roles in finance and government, including positions at AS HT Finants and the Ministry of Finance, Estonia, where responsibilities included external debt service management and government borrowing negotiations with international financial institutions. Educationally, Janek holds a degree from the International University of Social Sciences LEX in Tallinn.
