Carol Spencer

Carol Spencer is a seasoned professional in product and portfolio management with extensive experience in the healthcare and digital marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Product Management Senior Director at Carelon since April 2023, Spencer previously held key roles at Elevance Health, including Product Management Director and Portfolio Director within the Enterprise Data Science group. Notable contributions include leading an Agile team for mobile software development at Transformco and overseeing digital operations for Kellogg’s at Arc Worldwide.
