Nena Tahil

Nena Tahil, MPH, MS CMHC, LMHC, BCC, BC-TMH, is a seasoned professional in behavioral health and mental health consulting, currently serving as a Behavioral Health and EAP Consultant I at Elevance Health since January 2022 and as the Principal Owner of Transformative Life Consultants, LLC, since July 2021. Nena operates as a consultant for Guidepoint, focusing on Behavioral Health Initiatives, while also having experience as a group therapist for inpatient substance abuse at Gateway Community Services and in various counseling roles at other healthcare institutions. Nena's extensive background includes over two decades of leadership experience at EmblemHealth, culminating in the role of Interim Vice President. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University, among other certifications and degrees in health insurance and psychology.
