Siva Salapati

Siva Salapati is a seasoned Data Engineer and Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in healthcare analytics and business intelligence. Currently at Techdemocracy LLC since October 2013, Siva designed the "iCare" application on the Oracle HealthCare Analytics Platform, which includes over 200 KPIs for advanced healthcare analytics. In concurrent roles at Anthem, Inc., Siva focuses on developing Medicaid DSNP reports and customizing SSIS packages and SSRS reports. Previous positions include Senior Business Intelligence Developer at the City and County of San Francisco and Cigna, and Business Intelligence Lead at TennCare and the Tennessee Department of Human Resources, where Siva drove business intelligence implementations and reporting solutions. Siva holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
