Dan Gofman

Dan Gofman currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Elevate ENT Partners, a physician practice management organization focused on the ENT specialty, since 2024. Previously, Gofman held the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer at Covenant Physician Partners, a national physician services organization, from 2022 to 2024. Gofman has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having been the Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at North American Partners in Anesthesia from 2019 to 2022, and worked as a Director at Cain Brothers specializing in healthcare services M&A advisory from 2013 to 2019. Additional experience includes roles as an Investment Analyst/Vice President at Healthcare Investment Fund from 2011 to 2013, an Associate at Barclays Investment Bank from 2008 to 2011, and an Analyst at Bear Stearns Companies from 2007 to 2008. Gofman earned an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
