Traci Flaster, BS, CPC, is an accomplished professional in revenue management and healthcare coding with extensive experience in the medical field. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Solutions at Elevate Medical Solutions since April 2024, Traci has previously held positions as Senior Coding Manager at both GeBBS Healthcare Solutions and Aviacode/Gebbs. Traci's career also includes roles as Coding Manager at Aviacode, Senior Revenue Management Specialist at Carolinas HealthCare System, Patient Account Manager at Carroll County General Hospital, and Business Manager for the Oncology Division at Eastern Maine Medical Center. Traci holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Maine and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maine at Augusta.
