David Doran, P.E., CCM, is an accomplished construction management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently a Partner at Elevation Land Solutions since December 2018, David previously served as Project Manager at McDonald Municipal & Industrial and held senior positions including Sr. Construction Manager at Port of Houston Authority, where lead management was provided for significant projects such as the Rehabilitation of Wharf 1. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in project oversight, quality assurance, and contract management across multiple organizations, including Montgomery & Associates, ATSER, and Professional Service Industries. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
