Emiliana Fields

Emiliana Fields currently serves as the Senior Director of Quality at Elevation Oncology, a position held since September 2024, where leadership of the Quality group is the primary focus. Prior to this role, Emiliana was the Director of Quality at Vera Therapeutics, Inc. from July 2022 to October 2024, responsible for overseeing global quality matters and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Emiliana's experience at Genentech, Inc. includes serving as the Principal Operations Site Manager from June 2020 to July 2022, where leadership of a cross-functional Site Management Team was key, and previously as the Quality Site Manager from July 2014 to June 2019, focusing on quality management of contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs). Earlier in the career, Emiliana was the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance at Tercica/Ipsen Pharmaceuticals from April 2007 to December 2012, managing various validation projects and quality assurance processes. Emiliana holds a degree from the University of the Philippines.
