Leah Terrano

Leah Terrano, MHRE, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Elevation since May 2023, Leah previously held roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Offerpad and Human Resources Manager at E Energy Adams, LLC. With a strong background in coordinating HR operations for large employee populations at GSK/Novartis Consumer Health, Aerotek, and Kelly Services, Leah has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, process improvement, and employee relations. Leah holds a Master of Science in Human Resource and Adult Education from Louisiana State University and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
