Ioana ALEVRA has extensive experience in quality management and client relations, currently serving as Responsable qualité Vol et PJ at ELEX since January 2014. In previous roles at Allianz France, ALEVRA managed client inquiries and claims processing, while at OPEN and EOLEN, ALEVRA focused on business engineering and client prospecting for major accounts. ALEVRA’s early career included a consultative role at Seventic, enhancing service quality and market positioning. ALEVRA holds two Master’s degrees in international economics from Université Hyperion and Université Paris 8, showcasing a strong academic foundation for a career dedicated to client service and operational excellence.
