Quentin Lemoine

Quentin Lemoine currently serves as an Expert bâtiment auprès des compagnies d’assurance at ELEX since September 2023. Prior to this role, Quentin completed an internship as an ingénieur référent d'un arrondissement de Paris at the Direction de l'immobilier et de l'environnement (DIE), Préfecture de Police de Paris, where responsibilities included supervising construction managers and overseeing building maintenance and renovation projects. Previous experience includes an internship at ELEX focusing on the study of vehicular accident claims, and an assistant project manager role at CESAM construction, where Quentin contributed to the renovation of a Haussmannian building. Early career experience includes a brief role as a construction worker at VIAFRANCE NORMANDIE. Quentin holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie urbain from École des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris and completed a semester of study in Civil and Environmental Engineering at The University of Edinburgh.
