Bob Wax is the Founder and Co-President of Kingsbury Wax Bova, LLC, an executive search firm specializing in senior-level recruitment within the financial services industry since June 1982. In addition to this role, Bob serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, advocating for the industry and promoting professional development. Bob is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Project Education Kenya, overseeing the Clay International Secondary School, and has been a Council Member at Lukenya University since January 2015. Previously, Bob co-founded BlueSoap, an innovative liquid hand soap company, and held roles such as Trustee and Chair of the Nominating Committee at the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation, as well as a Trustee at Goddard College. Bob's educational background includes a BA from Goddard College and a Regents High School Diploma from Lakeland High School.
