Kamalesh Babu S V is an experienced professional in thermal management and HVAC systems, currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at ELGI EQUIPMENTS LIMITED since March 2023. Previously, Kamalesh held significant positions including EV Cooling System Leader at Garrett - Advancing Motion and Senior Manager for Design & Development at Daimler Trucks Asia. With a strong background in product development and project management of HVAC systems at Subros Limited, Kamalesh has also contributed to extensive R&D initiatives in the telecom industry at Zamil New Delhi Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and demonstrated expertise in creating simulated models at ACME Telepower Ltd. Additionally, Kamalesh has established R&D labs and testing procedures at Tranter and has experience in design and testing of heat pumps at Thermax. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from NBKR Institute of Science and Technology.
