Archie Cochrane

Archie Cochrane is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and tech innovation. Currently serving as General Partner at Nascent since February 2023, Archie focuses on pre-seed opportunities in Latin America, having been the first investor in notable companies like Klar and Belvo. Additionally, as a founding team member of Mexico Tech Week and an Advisory Committee Member at Catalyst Fund, which supports inclusive tech innovators, Archie continues to foster growth in emerging markets. Archie has made significant contributions as an angel investor across multiple firms, including Eli Technologies, Yonder, Koltin, Visible, and Clara. Previously, as Investment Principal at Anthemis Group from January 2018 to February 2023, Archie led early-stage investments in Latin America and Europe, participating in over 15 investments across various funding stages. Archie earned a B.A. Hons from the University of Nottingham and attended Ampleforth College.
