Francesca de Santis

Francesca de Santis has extensive experience in management and marketing, currently serving as the General Manager for Iberia at Elica since January 2009, after progressing through various roles including Sales & Marketing Manager Iberia and Marketing Manager for Spain & Portugal. Prior to Elica, Francesca held positions such as Administrative Assistant at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and Marketing Assistant at Publimania. Francesca's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Economics of Culture and Communication and a Master's Degree in Economics and Management with a focus on Innovation Management from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, complemented by further studies at Esade and ISTUD Business School.
