Previously, Giacomo held roles as HR Manager for the Cooking Business Unit and as an HR Generalist, focusing on managing employee life cycles and facilitating HR processes. Additionally, experience includes Recruiting and Employer Branding, with responsibilities for talent acquisition and promoting Elica's company culture. Prior to the HR career, Giacomo was a professional basketball player, competing with various teams from 2006 to 2015, and possesses a strong educational background in Human Resources Management and Law.
