Ramón Salamanca

Ramón Salamanca is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business development and management, currently serving as Head of Iberia and General Manager at Elios Vision since November 2022. As the Founder and CEO of NICOSA MEDICAL SL since 2017, Ramón also launched the entrepreneurial venture ThinkSalud. Previous roles include Senior Key Account Manager at Abbott, BDM Iberia at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions, and Advanced Technologies Manager at Alcon, among others. Ramón holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire and multiple master's degrees in topics such as Commercial Management, Optometry, and Community Management, along with a background in music education.
