Tapio Kuusisto

Tapio Kuusisto is an experienced professional with a diverse background in process ownership and project management. Currently serving as Process Owner and Development Manager at Elisa since May 2020, responsibilities include leading and developing configuration management processes and monitoring KPIs. Prior experience includes managing significant projects at YIT, such as the €8 million Espoo wastewater treatment plant and the €20 million Rantatunnel project. Earlier roles at Accenture and Nokia Oyj involved product management and UI design, with notable achievements in ramping up product structures for Nokia’s Windows Phones and leading UI documentation tool development. Tapio holds an MSc in Information Technology from Tampere University of Technology and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences.
