Meagan Gomez-Regla

Meagan Gomez-Regla is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and education. Currently serving as a Receptionist at Elite Amenity Management since December 2024, Meagan also works as a Workshop Leader for the Research Foundation of The City University of New York, providing tutoring in health science for high school students and supporting lead teachers and administrative staff. Prior experience includes various roles at Oxford Nanopore Technologies from October 2016 to December 2024, where Meagan advanced from Customer Solutions Associate to Customer Success Lead/Channel Partner Lead. Meagan began a career in customer service at Cablevision from December 2012 to September 2016 as a Customer Service Representative. Educationally, Meagan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Policy and Management at City Tech, CUNY, with previous qualifications including a Certificate in Health Informatics and an Associate of Science in Health Services from Borough of Manhattan Community College and City Tech, respectively.
