Lucina Mbuya

Lucina Mbuya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Senior HR & Administration Manager at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation since April 2008. In this role, Lucina oversees fleet management, office management, safety and security, and capacity development for administration staff across the organization's offices, while also ensuring compliance with registration requirements. Prior to this, Lucina worked as an Administrative Officer at Hakielimu from June 2004 to June 2006, managing human resources and supervising support staff. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Community Economic Development from The Open University of Tanzania, a BA in Sociology, a Diploma in Education, and A-Level certifications in History, Geography, and English Language.
