Sarmis Spilbergs is a legal professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Partner at Ellex – Baltic circle of legal excellence since November 2005. Prior to this role, Sarmis held positions as Associate Partner and Senior Associate within the same organization. Starting the legal career as a Lawyer at Law offices B2B from November 2004 to November 2005, Sarmis has developed a strong foundation in legal practice. Sarmis holds a Master’s Degree in European Union and International Law from Riga Graduate School of Law (2007-2008) and a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) with Magna Cum Laude honors in International and Comparative Law from Audentese Ülikool (2001-2005).
