Michael Giammona

Michael Giammona is an experienced professional in clinical operations, currently serving as Senior Regional Site Director at Elligo Health Research since 2024. Previously, as Head of Clinical Operations at Spaulding Clinical Research, LLC, from 2022 to 2024, Michael advanced Phase I through Phase III assets by developing clinical strategies and impactful trials. At PCM Trials, Michael held the same title, managing operational resource allocations and guiding teams both domestically and globally from 2020 to 2022. Michael's extensive tenure at PPD from 1997 to 2020 included roles such as Sr. Director of Clinical Operations, where oversight of a 400+ team was essential in achieving financial goals and strategic plans. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Texas A&M University.
