Byron Cowie

Byron Cowie is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director of Finance and Head of Finance at Elliptic. Previously, Byron held roles at Luno as Head of Reporting and Control and Finance Manager - Reporting and Control. Additionally, Byron contributed as a Manager and Assistant Manager in Assurance at BDO UK LLP. Byron is also an active member of GrowCFO and Web3CFO.club. Educational qualifications include being a member of CIMA and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) between 2009 and 2012, and CIMA from 2014 to 2016.
