Karla Meza

Karla Meza is a seasoned professional in the adhesives and chemical manufacturing industry, currently serving as an Expert on custom adhesive applications and dispensing solutions at Ellsworth Adhesives since April 2021. Prior to this role, Karla held various positions at Flex, including Quality Manager, Process Engineer Manager, and Senior Process Engineer, where responsibilities included implementing statistical process control systems, managing the introduction of new chemical materials, and improving adhesion processes in footwear manufacturing. Earlier experience includes serving as Process Owner at Huntsman, focusing on production compliance and quality improvement through Lean-Six Sigma methodologies, and Development and Project Engineer at ADHESIVOS PERDURA S.A. DE C.V., specializing in the formulation and testing of polymers. Karla holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
