Donnell McGhee

Donnell McGhee is an accomplished real estate development professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Real Estate Development at Elmington since August 2023, McGhee previously held the same title at Vecino Group and also worked as a Senior Development Project Manager. Additional experience includes a Development Manager role at Integral Group and partnership at Renewed Real Estate Inc., where significant value was added to multifamily properties. Prior experience at Hospira involved account management and sales, including successful strategies that resulted in substantial revenue growth. McGhee holds an MBA in Real Estate from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics from Illinois Wesleyan University.
